At Wardrobe Outfits, we care about our customers but we also follow a strict return and exchange policy to ensure fairness. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, wrong item sent, or an item is missing.

  • Claims for damage must be reported on the same day of delivery with a full unboxing video.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Video Proof (Mandatory for Damaged Items)

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must not be paused, cut, edited, or stopped.

  • If the video is missing, unclear, or edited, the return will not be accepted.

  • False claims will not be considered the seller’s fault.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or mega sales.

  • Customized or altered items.

  • Innerwear and undergarments (due to hygiene reasons).

Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or call within the required time frame (same day for damage, 3 days for other valid issues).

  2. Provide pictures/video proof and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse.

    • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Once verified, we will offer:

    • Exchange (based on stock availability), OR

    • Refund (only product cost; delivery charges are non-refundable).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after product verification.

  • Only the product price will be refunded; delivery charges will not be returned.

Replacement Option

  • If the customer wants a replacement after returning a damaged item, they may reorder.

  • All delivery costs for the replacement must be paid by the customer.
