Return or exchange is only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

Damaged or defective product

Missing item from order
Non-Returnable Items:

Products bought during clearance or mega sales

Customized or altered items

Innerwear and undergarments due to hygiene reasons
Process:

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or call within 3 days.

Provide pictures and reason for return/exchange.

Ship the product back to our warehouse (return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility, unless it was our mistake).
