At Wardrobe Outfits, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

Eligibility:

  • Return or exchange is only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • Wrong item sent (brand, size, color)

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing item from order

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products bought during clearance or mega sales

  • Customized or altered items

  • Innerwear and undergarments due to hygiene reasons

Process:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or call within 3 days.

  2. Provide pictures and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse (return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility, unless it was our mistake).

  4. Once verified, we will offer:

    • Exchange (based on stock availability)

    • Refund (in case of unavailability or valid request)

Refund Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.
